Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee the maintenance and engineering operations across several hotel properties on Cape Cod (Hyannis and Yarmouth). This role is pivotal in ensuring all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and sustainably. As the driving force behind our engineering teams, you will champion proactive preventive maintenance in our guest rooms and public spaces, assist with opening and closing of seasonal hotels, and uphold the highest standards of the hotels. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction, operational excellence, and the overall integrity of our properties. Duties Lead and supervise engineering teams across multiple hotel locations, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement Manage facilities systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance Develop and implement project management plans for repairs, upgrades, or new installations while adhering to safety standards and budget constraints Experience with pools is preferred. CPO is not required, but helpful. Collaborate with vendors and contractors on various projects at all properties. Working closely with property General Managers, Corporate Project Manager and Regional Operation Manager. Experience Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance within the hospitality or manufacturing sectors Extensive supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and hotel maintenance practices Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate with stakeholders Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work and general facilities management Join us as an Maintenance Manager where your expertise will drive operational excellence across our properties.
