Masterson Construction is an established site development and utility contractor serving Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire for more than 45 years. We're seeking an experienced Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead our heavy equipment maintenance operation. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising shop operations while working alongside the team to keep our fleet safe, reliable, and productive.

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Lead and supervise daily shop operations.
- Assign and prioritize repair work.
- Schedule preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate outside vendors and specialty repairs.
- Mentor and develop mechanics and shop personnel.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.
- Ensure compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
- Support emergency repairs during construction and snow operations.
- Diagnose and repair heavy construction equipment.
- Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, steering, air brakes, and driveline components.
- Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, and accurate repair documentation.

Construction Attachments Qualifications:
- 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong diesel and hydraulic diagnostic skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license and personal mechanic's tools.
