Job Responsibilities:
?? ??? Lead maintenance mechanics and other maintenance department personnel across three daily shifts in the performance of safe work practices to support manufacturing equipment function. Establish primary and secondary responsibilities for each maintenance department team member. ??? Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues ???
  • Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Record all work in CMMS ???
  • Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects
  • Troubleshoot complex equipment and system problems to determine corrective action ?
?? ??? Establish maintenance skill requirements in conjunction with applicable equipment maintenance training programs to achieve a world class performing team. ??? Oversee a visual and accountable Lock-out/Tag-out system for all equipment under Maintenance ... control due to equipment off-line for functional trouble-shooting, repair, or preventative maintenance (PM). ??? Develop and implement a daily maintenance task work order system to record, track, and evaluate equipment performance. Utilize the work order system to propose equipment improvements and/or replacement. lessons learned to modify recall periods in the PM system. ??? Develop and implement a PM system on all manufacturing equipment that includes established periodic component inspection, cleaning, and replacement to maximize equipment functional up-time. ??? Develop and implement an effective spare parts system to ensure equipment wear components are available in the appropriate quantity and ready in accordance with the PM system recall and work order system. ??? Develop service supplier relationships to ensure technical skills and task resource demand and capacity is assessed and external service is applied as necessary to maintain manufacturing expectations. ??? Support root cause/corrective action teams for both product quality and process safety. ??? Contribute to departmental efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
