Jobs › Stoughton, MA › Maintenance Manager Insight Global Maintenance Manager Stoughton, MA Apply Job Description The Maintenance Manager is responsible for leading all maintenance and facility operations within a distribution center environment. This role oversees maintenance teams, drives safety and operational performance, manages budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains the reliability of equipment and facility systems. The position is heavily focused on preventative and predictive maintenance, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. This is an on call 24/7 based role aligned with technician schedules and supports a highly automated, fast-paced distribution environment.

Compensation:

$126k per year.
