Job Description

Maintenance Director - Skilled Nursing Full-Time | $65,000-$70,000 annually Our skilled nursing facility is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee facility operations and lead our maintenance department. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining regulatory compliance and efficient day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all daily maintenance and facility operations Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate departmental priorities Ensure building systems, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained Coordinate repairs, inspections, and facility improvement projects Maintain compliance with health, safety, State, and Federal regulations Promote a safe and welcoming environment for residents and guests
Qualifications:
