Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician with a strong background in HVAC and proven supervisory experience to join our team at a well-established multifamily community. This role is ideal for someone who can take initiative, lead by example, and ensure all maintenance operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose maintenance issues and complete timely repairs Handle unit turnovers and service requests Maintain high standards of property upkeep Participate in the on-call rotation Experience in the following areas is required: HVAC ( strong background required ) Electrical Appliance repair
Drywall Plumbing Painting Qualifications:
Supervisory or leadership experience in property maintenance Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented This position offers a competitive hourly wage ( $27-$30/hour ) and benefits.
