You will be the site leader in living and driving the Company Core Values and High-Performance Work Culture while ensuring all equipment operates at peak efficiency during the second shift operations. ​Qualifications ​Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance technicians and mechanics ​Oversee the repair and overhaul of factory equipment to minimize downtime ​Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules for all manufacturing systems ​Troubleshoot complex mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems ​Ensure all maintenance procedures conform to safety specifications and OSHA standards ​Develop specifications for replacement parts and manage the inventory of critical spares ​Assist Production Managers in the installation of new tooling, systems, and production machines ​Lead the design and improvement of mechanical components for new and existing products About Independent Can Company ​Independent Can Company has experienced outstanding growth since inception in 1929. Pay:

$85,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
