Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Manage maintenance supplies, work orders, and department records. Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare, or similar setting preferred. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
