An established, team-oriented skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is committed to maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. Ensure the facility remains safe, clean, and compliant with all federal, state, and local regulations. Coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors. Maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems. Manage maintenance supplies, work orders, and department records. Ensure life safety systems and emergency equipment are properly maintained. Qualifications Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare, or similar setting preferred. Strong knowledge of building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
