We are looking for an Individual to manage the repair operation. Person must have extensive Technical repair and diagnotic experience.

Repairs experience a plus. We are currently using the Tekmetric invoicing system. RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Daily repair Operation including dispatching of all work. Control and Manage production personnel Communicate technical information to emplyees and customers as needed. Determine Train and recommend needed maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle Prepare and manage a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts Establish follow up and Completeion times Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently Manage and assist Advisors with the final invoicing work performed on the repair order Assist and diagnose Automotive Problems as Needed

REQUIREMENTS

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction in Auto Repairs Past experience as a Service Technician a must and Auto Management a plus Excellent communication skills Positive and personality Above average energy level Personal and professional integrity
