We're looking for a dynamic leader to help us continue to grow and innovate. is seeking an experienced and driven Automobile Service Manager to join our high-performing team. We are seeking a service‑focused professional with exceptional customer relations abilities, strong service writing expertise, and a collaborative mindset to lead our dealership service department. The ideal candidate is prepared to manage customer concerns, support the service advisor in scheduling repair appointments, and ensure a seamless service experience. Experienced automotive professionals with outstanding communication skills and a passion for leadership are encouraged to apply. Service Manager Responsibilities Direct all daily service department operations to ensure efficiency, quality control, and sustained profitability. Manage repair workflow and production schedules to guarantee accurate, on‑time vehicle delivery. Develop and mentor service personnel in sales performance, technical training opportunities, and customer service excellence. Oversee prompt resolution of customer concerns and ensure appropriate follow‑up to maintain service satisfaction. Drive high customer retention and referral rates through consistent delivery of exceptional service experiences. Ensure accurate management of all service documentation , including repair orders, invoices, and maintenance records, in compliance with dealership standards. Service Manager Qualifications High school diploma or GED required ; bachelor's degree preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record . Ability to pass all pre‑employment screenings , including drug and background checks. Minimum two years' experience as an automotive service writer or advisor; service management experience preferred . Comprehensive knowledge of automotive technology , technician duties, and repair procedures.
Pay:
$25.00 - $75.00 per hour
