Leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of Audi technicians Diagnosing and assisting with advanced drivability, electrical, and network concerns Ensuring repairs meet Audi factory standards for quality and efficiency Partnering with advisors to explain technical findings and repair recommendations Helping improve shop productivity while maintaining a positive team culture Supporting technician development through training and real-time coaching

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:

5+ years of dealership technician experience (Audi, Volkswagen, or other European luxury brands preferred) Previous experience as a Shop Foreman, Team Lead, or Lead Technician Strong electrical and diagnostic troubleshooting skills Experience mentoring and developing technicians Working knowledge of dealership management systems Audi certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain) A passion for leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement Why Join Audi Owings Mills?
