Job Description

Our busy, apartment community needs a reliable, well-organized Maintenance Coordinator to handle day-to-day operations of our maintenance department. We require an Maintenance Coordinator to focus on efficiency and time management to assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, daily scheduling, streamlining administrative procedures and working with the maintenance supervisor to manage any other aspects of maintenance operations. We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Develop organizational procedures and systems for tracking and completing work orders, receiving and verifying vendor orders, also including filing, approving purchase orders, and some accounts payables. Improve employee and resident retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Docs Experience with scheduling and logistics Accounts payable experience Advanced computer skills Supply management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfort with fast-paced environment Previous maintenance/Property Management experience preferred

Full-time Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
