Schedule:
As required by contract schedule Summary The Janitorial Working Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily janitorial operations, supervising cleaning staff, assigning work, conducting inspections, and ensuring all custodial services are completed in accordance with contract requirements, safety standards, and facility procedures. Requirements The Janitorial Working Supervisor must have prior janitorial, custodial, or housekeeping experience. Must have supervisory or team lead experience. Must be able to communicate effectively with staff, management, and Government representatives. Must be able to read and follow written work schedules, cleaning procedures, and safety instructions. Must be able to pass all required background checks and facility access requirements. Duties Supervise janitorial staff and assign daily cleaning tasks. Perform routine inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met. Complete cleaning duties as needed to support daily operations. Monitor employee attendance, performance, and task completion. Report deficiencies, maintenance concerns, and safety issues to management. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment. Maintain quality control documentation and inspection records. Coordinate staffing coverage and respond to urgent cleaning needs.
