Job Description Job Description Job Description Leisure World of Maryland Corporation (LWMC), the property management company supporting an established private residential community of over 8,000 residents, is seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to join our maintenance and facilities team. This full-time position plays a key role in maintaining residential building systems, supporting preventative maintenance programs, responding to resident service requests, and assisting with the overall upkeep of assigned residential properties. The HVAC Foreman supervises and participates in the installation, maintenance, service and repair of air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment within the Leisure World of Maryland community Schedule & Compensation Full-time 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM On-call emergency coverage and backup support required

Pay:

$40-$55/hour based on experience Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance & LTD 401(k) Paid time off and excellent voluntary benefits package What You'll Do Supervise and participate in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems to ensure that the work is performed in a fully satisfactory, safe and professional manner, in accordance with all job specifications and with the efficient and effective utilization of resources including staff, materials and budget Plan, schedule and assign work to ensure proper distribution of work, adequate staffing and space for efficient performance of duties Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions on assigned projects when requested Establish and/or assist in establishing preventive maintenance programs for air conditioning and refrigeration systems and equipment. Provide training and instruction to personnel on activities relating to air conditioning and refrigeration to ensure an acceptable work performance level Provide excellent customer service while interacting with residents, contractors, and team members What We're Looking For Minimum five (5) years as Foreman/supervisor of facilities maintenance HVAC work force Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in HVAC maintenance Minimum of five (5) years of experience in light commercial work High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) CFC certification and/or license in refrigerant, transition and recovery-required Full Maryland State HVAC Master License- required Current valid driver's license with clean driving record Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with HVAC and mechanical systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Why Join Leisure World of Maryland Join us and be part of an organization dedicated to excellence, community, and a positive workplace culture!
