Automotive General Manager -

Waldorf, MD Compensation:

$200,000 to $300,000 (amount includes base + production bonus) We're looking for an experienced and motivated Automotive General Manager to lead a fast-paced, high-performing auto repair facility in Waldorf, MD. This is a full leadership role where you'll oversee daily operations, coach your team, and drive results in customer service and sales.

What You'll Do:

Lead and develop service advisors and technicians Manage workflow, scheduling, and shop efficiency Monitor KPIs, control costs, and grow revenue Deliver an exceptional customer experience every day
