Job Description
Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de técnicos del taller. Realizar y/o validar diagnósticos de alineación, balanceo, suspensión, frenos y afinación. Garantizar la calidad y los tiempos de entrega del servicio. Control de refacciones, insumos y herramienta del taller. Capacitar y dar seguimiento al desempeño de los técnicos. Atención y seguimiento con clientes en casos que lo requieran. Experiencia mínima de 5 años en mecánica automotriz, idealmente 2+ años supervisando personal. Conocimiento sólido en suspensión, frenos, alineación, balanceo, afinación y uso de scanner. Habilidad para organizar cargas de trabajo y resolver problemas. Disponibilidad de tiempo completo. Residencia en Apaxco o municipios cercanos (Huehuetoca, Zumpango, Tepotzotlán, Coyotepec, Teoloyucan). Licencia de manejo vigente (deseable).
