Responsibilities include completing service requests, unit turns and general property upkeep. We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated with good customer service skills. Strong candidates should have general maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, minor carpentry, drywall and painting. Some on-call work may be required depending on the property. Responsibilities Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildings Supervise Maintenance Team Coordinate and Schedule Vendors Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion Order and replace broken parts or equipment Complete turn of vacated apartments Maintain a clean and a safe work space Perform other duties, as assigned Emergency Maintenance On-Call Required Qualifications Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment Deadline and detail-oriented Ability to handle physical workload We are a large property management company offering the potential for future growth and advancement in the area.
