This role is responsible for overseeing daily service operations, supporting customers and technicians, and ensuring repairs are completed efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, first shift hours
Hours:
Up to 50 hours per week
Compensation:
$85,000 to $100,000 annually, plus bonus opportunities What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate will have: 10+ years of management experience Associate's degree or higher Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge Experience with dispatching and service operations Excellent customer service skills Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Essential Responsibilities Process technician timecards and organize weekly payroll Open, track, and monitor work orders to ensure efficient service completion Communicate proactively with customers regarding repair status updates Conduct daily technician debriefs to support scheduling and workflow planning Prepare, present, and process repair estimates Process warranty claims Answer customer inquiries and provide exceptional service Assist with rental inquiries, quotes, equipment setup, and deliveries Utilize Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Perform additional duties as assigned Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package, including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available on your first day of employment Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options Life and disability insurance Generous paid time off after 90 days Paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan with company match of 50% of the first 6% contributed, up to $2,500 annually Employee referral program Wellness program Employee Assistance Program (EAP) About Morrison Industries Morrison Industries is a family-owned company that has proudly served customers for more than 70 years.
