We provide top-tier maintenance and facilities services across a growing portfolio of commercial properties, and we're looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our field team and keep our properties running at their best. What You'll Do Supervise and schedule a team of maintenance technicians across multiple commercial properties Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems Respond to and prioritize emergency maintenance requests, ensuring fast, high-quality resolution Quote and bill out jobs accurately and quickly, keeping pace with a fast-moving workload Conduct regular property inspections and identify repair or capital improvement needs Manage vendor relationships and coordinate outside contractors when specialized work is needed Track work orders, maintain accurate records, and report on team performance and property conditions Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Mentor and train technicians, setting the standard for quality and responsiveness Requirements 3+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building systems Comfortable quoting and billing jobs in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to accuracy under time pressure Available for on-call rotation and emergency response outside normal business hours Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed A commitment to responsive, high-quality service — we hold ourselves to a "Listen, Respond, Exceed" standard with every client and every property Why Huntington Maintenance Competitive salary, commensurate with experience Full benefits package Be part of a respected, nearly 50-year-old commercial real estate platform with real room to grow Join a team that takes pride in doing things right, the first time Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Employee assistance program Paid time off Parental leave 401(k) plus match
