$25- $30 per hour, based on directly relevant experience.

Performance-based bonuses Job type: Seasonal full-time Main season: March through mid-December, weather dependent Work location: In person Professional Exterior Cleaning Experience Is Required Elite Building Services is hiring an experienced Crew Lead to oversee residential and commercial exterior cleaning projects throughout Grand Rapids and West Michigan. This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have previous professional, hands-on experience performing services such as: Window cleaning Pressure washing Soft washing or building washing Gutter cleaning Roof washing Applicants must also have previous experience leading a crew in this industry or a closely related exterior-cleaning operation. General supervisory experience by itself is not sufficient. Experience in landscaping, housekeeping, warehouse operations, retail, food service or unrelated construction does not replace the required professional exterior-cleaning experience. About Elite Building Services Elite Building Services is a family-owned company with more than 30 years of experience in residential and commercial building maintenance. We are known for quality workmanship, professional customer service and careful attention to the properties entrusted to us. Our Crew Leads play an important role in maintaining those standards. This position is for someone who can lead a crew, manage a job efficiently and still work alongside the team in the field. Crew Lead Responsibilities Lead a crew of technicians on residential and commercial job sites Prepare the crew for each day's scheduled projects Assign responsibilities and provide clear direction to crew members Perform professional window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning and related services Train and coach technicians on proper procedures, safety and quality standards Monitor job progress, productivity and time spent on each project Inspect completed work before leaving the property Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers and commercial customers Address job-site concerns and report issues to management promptly Protect buildings, landscaping, furnishings and customer property Enforce ladder, equipment, chemical and job-site safety procedures Operate company vehicles and transport crew members and equipment Keep company trucks, tools and equipment clean, organized and properly maintained Complete job documentation and communicate updates to the office Required Qualifications To be considered, applicants must have: At least two years of professional exterior-cleaning experience Hands-on professional experience with window cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing or closely related services Previous experience leading or supervising a field crew The ability to independently organize and complete residential and commercial jobs A strong understanding of job-site safety, ladder safety and property protection A valid driver's license and a driving record that allows operation of a company vehicle Experience driving a work truck; trailer experience is preferred Comfort working outdoors, from ladders and at heights The ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds Strong communication, customer-service and problem-solving skills Reliable attendance and punctuality The ability to maintain quality while keeping the crew productive and on schedule What We Offer $25- 30 per hour , based on verified industry and leadership experience Performance-based bonuses for meeting production, quality and profitability goals Seasonal full-time work during our primary operating season
