Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Manager to ensure the optimal functionality of our manufacturing and warehouse facilities. In this role, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across a manufacturing facility, vehicle fleet, and multiple warehouse facilities. Your leadership will drive safety compliance, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a proactive maintenance culture. Responsibilities Manage and supervise maintenance programs, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and maintenance procedures. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for a fleet of vehicles and production equipment. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical issues using schematics, wiring diagrams, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Coordinate with project management teams to plan upgrades, renovations, or new installations of mechanical or electrical systems. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and generate reports for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and other safety regulations through regular inspections and safety training sessions. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, schematics, and safety documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. Conduct inspections of facilities to identify potential issues related to HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical wiring (including high voltage), or mechanical components before failures occur at manufacturing facility, vehicle fleet and warehouses. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance management within manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong supervisory skills with experience managing facilities maintenance effectively. Expertise in vehicle maintenance, inventory, and tool and equipment tracking. Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, electrical systems (including high/low voltage), and plumbing system maintenance and repair. Familiarity with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematic interpretation, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting tools. Solid understanding of safety regulations such as OSHA standards related to industrial maintenance. Proficiency in Google Workspace for reporting and documentation purposes. Project management skills to oversee upgrades or installations while managing multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent communication skills in English for team coordination and safety briefings. Ability to read technical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately for troubleshooting purposes.
