What You'll Do:

Supervise, train, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians Oversee daily operations including PM programs and work order management Troubleshoot equipment failures and lead root cause analysis Maintain safety standards (OSHA), quality controls, and KPIs Improve systems, eliminate downtime, and drive operational excellence

What You Bring:
