Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Car Wash Site Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy car wash location. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who excels in customer service, team management, and site maintenance. The Car Wash Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service, maintaining equipment, and driving overall site performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership :

Manage the day-to-day operations of the car wash, including opening and closing duties.

Customer Service :

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues and providing excellent service.

Staff Management :

Recruit, train, and supervise car wash attendants, scheduling shifts, and managing team performance.

Quality Control :

Oversee the quality of all services offered, ensuring vehicles are washed to company standards.

Equipment Maintenance :

Regularly inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment, coordinating repairs as needed.

Inventory & Supplies :

Manage and track stock of cleaning supplies and other essentials, placing orders as necessary.

Sales & Promotions :

Implement sales strategies to increase service purchases and customer retention.

Safety Compliance :

Ensure that all employees follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

Experience :

Previous experience in car wash operations or retail/service management is preferred.

Leadership Skills :

Strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team effectively.

Customer-Focused :

Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution capabilities.

Mechanical Aptitude :

Basic knowledge of car wash equipment and maintenance.

Organizational Skills :

Ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operations efficiently.

Physical Demands :

Must be able to perform hands-on work and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
