Our client, an industrial facility specializing in power generation and sustainable energy solutions, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of a state-of-the-art cogeneration plant, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance. What's the Job? Supervise daily operations of the cogeneration plant to meet electrical and thermal energy demands efficiently. Monitor plant conditions using
DCS/SCADA
systems, making adjustments to optimize performance. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliability. Lead and mentor a team of operators, managing scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including emergency repairs and system upgrades. What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in power generation, cogeneration, or industrial plant operations. Understanding of preventative maintenance, minor DC and AC voltage systems. Proficiency with
DCS/SCADA
systems and technical drawings such as schematics and P&IDs. Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
