What's the Job? Manage and oversee the maintenance team, including skilled trades, housekeeping staff, and subcontractors. Investigate, plan, and implement projects assigned by the Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, or General Manager. Perform safe operating tours to ensure proper building operation and address any issues promptly. Supervise corrective, emergency, and preventative maintenance of building equipment and systems. Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. What's Needed? Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a related industry. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems troubleshooting. Excellent interpersonal and management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
