Job Overview The Plumbing Service Manage oversees the daily operations of the pluming service department, manages and supports service technicians, ensures customer satisfaction, and helps the company meet performance and profitability goals. This role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge, and exceptional communication skills. Responsibilities Oversee and manage daily operations. Lead, coach, and develop service technicians. Ensure jobs meet safety, code and quality standards. Handle estimates, proposals, and customer follow-up. Work closely with office manager with scheduling and assigning technicians to proper jobs. What we're Looking For 10+ years plumbing experience Prior management and sales experience Experience using Service Titan software a plus Journeyman or Master Plumber license a plus Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and repair practices
