You'll orchestrate maintenance engineering for the entire plant—protecting uptime, empowering people, and building a facility that performs at its best every single shift. What you'll do Relentlessly improve machine uptime and OEE against company benchmarks. Put employees and equipment safety first; apply and enforce HSE guidelines. Diagnose and resolve equipment and machinery issues to keep production flowing. Work hand-in-hand with Production to achieve company objectives and hit daily targets. Install, commission, maintain, and relocate machinery; execute new plant layouts. Supervise outside contractors and verify safe, high-quality work.
