Lead emergency repairs anywhere in the plant to minimize impact. Maintain 5S and high housekeeping standards throughout the facility. Coordinate with Purchasing for spares, tooling, and supplies; manage vendor relationships. Safeguard uptime with a well-managed critical spare parts inventory. Motivate and involve team members; collect and act on improvement suggestions. Hit departmental goals while driving continuous improvements in MTTR and MTBF. Act decisively on safety, maintenance, and process issues with corrective actions. Join daily production meetings; commit to and deliver on action items. Follow best practices and comply with regulations governing powered industrial equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. How you'll lead Schedule, execute, and document preventive and predictive maintenance. Train, direct, develop, supervise, and evaluate maintenance personnel.
