The Die Maintenance Supervisor will supervise UAW skilled trade employees and assist in team building. The role will manage collaborative working relationships with all levels of management and union, resolve problems using root cause analysis and plan and prioritize work to support efficient manufacturing initiatives.
Requirements:
Basic Qualification:
Bachelor's degree or high school diploma / GED and journeyman status Die Maker or high school diploma / GED and 8 years die experience in a stamping environment, with die construction, tryout and/or maintenance work activities Ability to work any shift and work overtime as required
Preferred Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering Hemmer experience a plus Root cause analysis skills Supervisory experience in a union environment
