Experienced Leader:
Minimum five (5) years in institutional maintenance, with strong supervisory/management experience.
Regulatory Expert:
Solid knowledge of all relevant long-term care regulations.
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with computers and common software.
Organized & Analytical:
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Clear Communicator:
