Key Responsibilities include:
Lead, organize, plan, and motivate the maintenance team. Mentor maintenance technicians and provide troubleshooting support, including being reachable by phone/text when needed. Remain hands-on and willing to work on equipment rather than managing solely from a desk. Support breakdown response and fault-finding across the plant. Help manage maintenance coverage and preventive-maintenance activity across first and second shift.
