We serve customers across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin, supporting dealers, broadliners, and end users. Our reputation is built on reliability, responsiveness, and long-term customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we are focused on improving operational performance and elevating the customer experience across our service organization. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Director. This position is responsible for leading the service department with a focus on team accountability, customer experience, and operational consistency. The Service Director will oversee daily service operations, including dispatch, scheduling, and workflow execution, while developing a culture of professionalism and ownership across the team. This role is focused on leadership, communication, and driving performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading, coaching, and holding service team members accountable Improving customer experience and handling escalations effectively Establishing and enforcing clear service processes and standards Partnering with sales, parts, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution Monitoring performance metrics and driving continuous improvement Developing team capabilities through training and structured feedback What Success Looks Like Clear communication and accountability within the service team Consistent and professional customer interactions Clear, repeatable service processes and expectations Qualifications Proven experience leading teams in service, operations, or field-based environments Strong focus on customer experience and problem resolution Demonstrated ability to hold teams accountable and drive performance Experience improving processes and operational consistency Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Comfortable managing conflict and driving change
Preferred:
Experience in equipment service, distribution, or related industries Experience managing service operations with dispatch and field teams
