Landscaping & Hardscaping Crew Lead Your Mission:
"I Own the Result." In this position, we expect you to take total responsibility for the outcome. You are not just running a crew — you are the person responsible for making sure every project leaves the property looking exactly the way it should. The Standard:
You ensure every landscaping, hardscaping, and shoreline project is built correctly and meets Miller's quality standards before you leave the site. You don't make excuses; you find solutions. The Asset:
You are fully responsible for the truck, trailer, equipment, and materials on your jobs. You Steward Our Resources by ensuring nothing is lost, broken, or wasted. The Scope:
This position covers the full range of our landscaping and construction services — new yard installs, hydroseeding, sod, plantings, paver patios, retaining walls, riprap, and shoreline restoration. You will learn all of it. Communication:
You will coordinate directly with the Division Lead and with clients on-site. Professional, clear communication is expected — you represent Miller on every property.
