Job Description
Landscape Bed Maintenance Team Lead
Lead the charge in outdoor property care! We are looking for a hands-on vegetation control teammate to lead a small team keeping our commercial client sites looking sharp all season long. Whether you're hand-pulling stubborn weeds or utilizing professional spray applications, your work makes an immediate visual impact. Already licensed? Awesome. Not licensed yet? We've got you covered. We fully sponsor your training, materials, and exam fees, setting you up for career growth and higher earning potential right out of the gate.
Team Member Benefits
Competitive base pay: $20 - $27 per hour, based on experience
The opportunity to earn a Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (Category A & E) with all expenses covered

The ability to walk for long periods of time
Able to carry a backpack sprayer weighing up to 50 pounds
The ability to take direction from the crew lead and work as team
The ability to identify common weeds of Minnesota
The ability to operate and care for assigned equipment
Skill in reading map directions from a mobile device or hard copy
Desire to work daily at the highest level of professionalism, quality, and performance
Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
Ability to bend, squat, and lift for long periods of time
Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time. A valid license or the ability to obtain one.
Ability to read pesticide labels and accurately measure pesticides according to label rate.
Strong attention to detail and safety protocols.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Smartphone required
