Job Description
The Maintenance Manager will oversee all installations, repairs, and upkeep of plant operations. This individual will lead a team of technicians, manage maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and operational standards. Ensuring efficient and safe operations to meet product specs and customer demands. Maintain and develope new as needed preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff and contractors. Monitor and manage maintenance budgets and expenditures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems. Collaborate with other departments to support production and operational goals. Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Vendor review and qualification. Procurement of equipment and spare sparts.
