Job Description
Overview Al's Enterprises is a locally owned, multi-generation business that operates commercial laundromats and apartment rentals in Marshall, MN. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to join our team. This role is hands-on and highly versatile, involving repair, upkeep, and maintenance tasks across multiple properties. The ideal candidate is dependable, driven, and able to balance working independently with collaborating closely with our team. Responsibilities Perform machine repair, upkeep, and preventative maintenance in laundromat facilities Handle rental property maintenance and tenant service requests Carry out building and grounds repairs, upkeep, and seasonal maintenance Work with your team to complete projects and follow through on assigned tasks Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, and equipment Troubleshoot problems, identify solutions, and complete quality work Keep consistent communication and report project status as needed Experience & Skills General handyman/maintenance experience (plumbing, carpentry, mechanical, or electrical) Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment (previous mechanical or appliance repair experience a plus) Knowledge of property maintenance practices, including painting, patching, and general repairs Ability to work independently and with a team, taking instruction and following through Strong problem-solving and time-management skills Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn new skills Previous maintenance, handyman, or technician experience preferred.
