Maintenance Manager Konik - Park Rapids, MN, United States Maintenance Manager Park Rapids, MN | Direct Hire | $95,000-$142,000 Konik is partnering with a nationally recognized food manufacturing organization to add a Maintenance Manager to its growing Park Rapids operation. This facility supports large-scale continuous process manufacturing and is seeking a hands-on leader capable of driving reliability, mentoring teams, and improving maintenance operations across a high-volume production environment. Responsibilities Lead and support maintenance operations across a large manufacturing facility with 4 direct-report maintenance leaders and several maintenance employees Drive equipment reliability, maintenance efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives across production operations Support and develop maintenance team leads across electrical, process, packaging, and boiler/refrigeration operations Oversee preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, planning and scheduling, lubrication programs, and root cause analysis initiatives Partner closely with production leadership to improve uptime, equipment performance, and operational reliability Support conveyor systems, material handling systems, pumps, thermal systems, fryer systems, and continuous process manufacturing equipment Assist with capital project planning and execution alongside engineering and plant leadership teams Manage maintenance budgets, maintenance planning efforts, and spare parts strategies Mentor and coach both salaried and hourly employees while helping build future leadership within the organization Support safety, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives across the facility Qualifications 3-5+ years of maintenance management or maintenance leadership experience within a manufacturing environment Strong background within process manufacturing environments such as food production, paper, wood products, industrial processing, or similar continuous-process operations Experience supporting conveyors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, thermal systems, and electro-mechanical equipment Knowledge of boiler and/or refrigeration systems is highly preferred Prior leadership experience within union manufacturing environments is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline preferred Experience developing maintenance teams, mentoring supervisors, and driving accountability within operations Familiarity with CMMS systems such as Maximo or SAP is preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $95,000-$142,000 Bonus opportunity Industry-leading retirement and 401(k) benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Employee stock purchase program PTO and paid holidays Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates Strong long-term advancement opportunities within a national manufacturing organization Be the first to learn about future positions by joining our and following us on Konik is an equal opportunity employer.
