Summary We are seeking a Part Time Weekend Life Safety (Maintenance) Worker to join our team at Baptist Homes of Adrian. This pivotal role, located in Adrian, MO, will oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations, contributing significantly to our mission of providing high-quality, Christlike care in a safe environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement safety policies and procedures across all campuses. Conduct regular safety audits and risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Train staff on safety practices and emergency response protocols. Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommendations for improvement. Monitor safety equipment and ensure proper maintenance is conducted. Lead safety meetings and promote a culture of safety within the organization. Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to health and safety. Qualifications Proven experience in a management role within a healthcare or similar environment. Strong supervisory skills with a focus on leadership. Knowledge of facilities management and maintenance practices. Familiarity with project management principles. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions regarding safety measures.
