Are you a proven maintenance leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance organization, improve equipment reliability, and develop a proactive maintenance culture that supports world-class manufacturing performance. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing high-performing teams, and partnering across operations to improve safety, productivity, and equipment performance. What You'll Do As our Maintenance Manager, you'll provide leadership for all maintenance operations while driving continuous improvement throughout the facility.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading all maintenance operations for production equipment, facilities, utilities, and tooling Developing and executing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies that improve reliability and reduce downtime Managing maintenance planning, scheduling, and prioritization to support production goals Building and developing a skilled maintenance team through coaching, mentoring, and succession planning Leading equipment upgrades, capital improvement projects, and machine modifications Driving root cause analysis and implementing long-term corrective actions Ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and all safety standards Managing maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and vendor relationships Collaborating with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to improve manufacturing performance What We're Looking For We're seeking an accomplished manufacturing maintenance professional with: 7-10 years of maintenance leadership experience in a manufacturing environment At least 5 years of progressive supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, CNC, PLC, and automated manufacturing systems Experience with high-volume manufacturing equipment, preferably forming, bending, and welding operations Demonstrated success implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs Experience improving equipment reliability through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills A commitment to building a culture centered on safety, accountability, and operational excellence An Associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
