What You'll Do:
Supervise and schedule maintenance staff including housekeepers, painters, groundskeepers, and service technicians Participate in on-call for after-hours emergencies. Manage inventory, purchasing, and job estimates Ensure make-ready units and work orders are completed in a timely manner Monitor and manage D&R, supplies, replacements, and capital expenses to budget Maintain accurate logs and documentation Provide excellent customer service to residents and team members Step in to support staffing decisions and team supervision when needed Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs as required
Requirements:
What You'll Bring:
4+ years of maintenance experience, with at least 3 years in a trade-specific role HVAC certification- Type 2 or EPA Universal Experience troubleshooting HVAC and full install Experience with rooftop HVAC with roof hatches for access Strong knowledge of general maintenance, construction, and safety practices Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work in physically demanding environments Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Personal cell phone required for on-call availability
Additional Details:
