Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Property Maintenance & Remodel Lead with 10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, and property maintenance. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of completing projects independently while maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Interior and exterior painting Drywall installation, patching, texturing, and repair Finish carpentry including trim, doors, baseboards, and cabinet installation Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, tile, and hardwood) Kitchen remodels including cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, and finish work Bathroom remodels including vanities, tile, fixtures, and finish work General residential repairs and preventative maintenance Light plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, supply lines, and fixture replacement Light electrical work including outlets, switches, light fixtures, ceiling fans, and basic troubleshooting Window, door, and hardware installation and repair Property turnovers between tenants Diagnosing maintenance issues and recommending cost-effective solutions Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment Communicating professionally with management regarding project progress and material needs Qualifications 10+ years of residential construction, remodeling, or property maintenance experience Strong knowledge of painting, carpentry, flooring, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work Ability to complete projects independently with minimal supervision Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable transportation to travel between properties throughout St. Louis County and St. Charles County Ability to lift 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic with attention to detail and quality craftsmanship What We Offer Competitive pay of $30.00-$45.00 per hour , based on experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Gas reimbursement Company-provided tools and equipment Consistent, year-round work Opportunity for overtime Stable employment with a growing local company A team that values quality workmanship and professionalism We're Looking For Someone Who...
