job summary: Manufacturer in the Cape Girardeau/Sikeston area is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Manager for a first shift position. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with fast moving consumer goods required as well as at least 3 years of management or supervisory experience. Experience with process engineering and ammonia refrigeration highly preferred. Will relocate for the right candidate. Excellent bonus and benefits. All candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Lead preventive Maintenance and Continuous Improvement Manufacturing System practicesDirect a proactive safety culture, fully implementing site Safety, Health, and Environmental programs while ensuring strict compliance with OSHA, GMP, and internal standardsManage parts room operations, inventory optimization, and maintenance cost control in alignment with manufacturing work processes.
Support Capital Expenditure Request (CER) development, long-term infrastructure planning, and the execution of site transformation initiatives.
Serve as a culture leader to build an inclusive, empowered environment, directly overseeing Engineering Supervisors and maintenance personnel while collaborating with cross-functional partners Directly manage a team of 6 employees
Requirements:
