diagnostics. You will occasionally have to diagnose or assist other techs in diagnosing vehicles. You will be the last line of defense when a vehicle gets to difficult to diagnose for another tech. Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the shop, ensuring all vehicles are maintained and serviced on schedule. Coordinate with service technicians to oversee repairs and maintenance tasks. Monitor shop performance metrics to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their vehicle needs and service updates. Requirements Proven experience in shop management or a similar role within the automotive industry. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures and regulations. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
