Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance manager to join our team! We are looking for someone that has a good work ethic and is a self starter. We need someone organized, for recordkeeping of inspections and drills. Some of the things this position will be responsible for: Recordkeeping, inspections, scheduling with vendors and contractors, painting, drywall texture, among other similar activities. Experience is preferred but not required will teach the right candidate.!
