Job Description

Technical Resources Manager Join Premium Waters Inc. , Byram, MS facility. We are a high-tech bottled water manufacturing leader committed to quality, safety, and innovation in production operations across the United States. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Resources Manager to lead our maintenance, engineering, and technical teams. This role is ideal for experienced industrial maintenance professionals looking for stability, competitive compensation, and long-term career growth. Position Summary The Technical Resources Manager oversees all technical and maintenance operations in the facility, ensuring equipment reliability, production efficiency, and compliance with industry and regulatory standards. You will lead a team of maintenance and technical staff, support smooth production operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead maintenance, engineering, and technical teams to ensure optimal equipment performance. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs for bottling lines and utility systems. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and automation issues. Oversee plant utilities, including water treatment systems, HVAC, chillers, and boilers. Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and bottled water industry standards. Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and installations. Maintain spare parts inventory and vendor relationships. Support production goals by minimizing downtime and improving efficiency. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and maintain SOPs and technical documentation. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field preferred. 5-10 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, or technical management in manufacturing (food & beverage preferred). Experience with bottling equipment, PLCs, automation systems, and preventive maintenance. Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and water treatment systems preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
