Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading maintenance technicians across assigned shifts and ensuring the effective execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. This role supports equipment reliability, production continuity, safety compliance, and maintenance performance targets through the coordination of maintenance operations, technical resources, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ensure timely execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance tasks to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
Prioritize maintenance work orders based on production requirements, equipment criticality, and operational needs.
Monitor maintenance quality and verify the proper completion and documentation of all maintenance activities.
Support equipment troubleshooting, diagnostics, repairs, and machine restart efforts.
Ensure the effective implementation of preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, lubrication programs, and equipment adjustments.
Coordinate breakdown response activities and lead efforts to restore equipment availability quickly and safely.
Assist with root cause analysis investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring equipment failures.
Assign daily work, monitor technician performance, and foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous technical development.
Support the onboarding and training of new maintenance personnel.
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) requirements, including lockout/tagout procedures, safe work practices, and housekeeping standards.
Participate in safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, inspections, and repair documentation within SAP-PM or other maintenance management systems.
Monitor spare parts usage and communicate material requirements to maintenance management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, and maintenance process optimization efforts.
Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Purchasing teams to support operational goals, equipment reliability, and technical improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Previous supervisory/leadership experience Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
Experience with troubleshooting industrial equipment and coordinating repairs. Electrical , Hydraulics, pneumaticsFamiliarity with SAP-PM or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE
ROLEBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.Previous supervisory/leadership experience Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
