Job Description

Maintenance & Production Technician - Full-Time A growing manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance & Production Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience mechanical experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently lead equipment repairs and overhauls are essential.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of mechanical experience, preferably with production or packaging equipment Basic troubleshooting skills in both electrical and mechanical systems Comfortable working flexible hours, including participation in a rotating on-call schedule for emergency repairs Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision Forklift operation experience preffered Strong verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production machinery Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and electronic systems Part of the production team during maintenance down time. Support production staff through training and technical assistance Set up, adjust, and optimize equipment for maximum efficiency Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Working Conditions:
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs., and carry up to 50 lbs. at shoulder height Must be able to stand for extended periods and navigate tight or elevated spaces Comfortable working in a range of temperatures and weather conditions Ability to work at heights using ladders or lifts
