• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the proper upkeep and functionality of our facilities.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment to identify and resolve issues promptly
• Perform maintenance tasks such as painting, HVAC repairs, electrical installations, plumbing, and carpentry
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
• Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas

• Requirements:

• Proficiency in facilities maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and carpentry
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs effectively
• Ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers
• Strong English communication skills for effective interaction with team members and vendors
