Move Manager
TWO MEN AND A TRUCK
- Billings, MT The Move Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily performance, crew development, and damage prevention. This role focuses on coaching, accountability, and hands-on leadership. This is a field-based role with occasional office work required.
Starting pay:

® brand Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees, or assist with these processes Complete various dispatch duties, including: performance audits during moves to ensure safety and customer satisfaction, vehicle inspections, and paperwork audits Assist with coordinating and directing fleet maintenance and equipment inventory; ensure trucks and equipment are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional manner Promote safety and uphold safety procedures and policies; ensure compliance with all DOT regulations and FMCSA guidelines Responsible for employee development, accountability, and corrective action programs Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement Assist with customer concerns and damage resolution processes as necessary Responsible for being an "on-call" emergency contact outside of normal business hours Who We're Looking For Effective communication skills Highly organized and detail oriented; ability to multi-task Demonstrated ability to lead by example, motivate, take initiative, develop and direct people, be accountable, and hustle Ability to assess the performance of self, employees, and franchise to make improvements or take corrective action Strong decision-making ability Commitment to customer service and the
