Shop Foreman Salary:

About the Position The Shop Foreman is a hands-on leadership position responsible for supervising, mentoring, and supporting our diesel technicians. This is a working foreman role—you will assist with diagnostics and repairs while helping the shop operate safely, efficiently, and productively. The ideal candidate is an experienced diesel technician who enjoys developing others, solving problems, and helping a team deliver quality work and excellent customer service.
