Shop Foreman-Townsend

Position Overview:

Kolar Tire & Auto is looking for a dedicated and experienced Tire Shop Foreman to lead our team of tire technicians in Townsend, Montana. This position is responsible for overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring high-quality tire services, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct the daily work of tire technicians Oversee the installation, balancing, repair, and maintenance of tires on various vehicle types Ensure all work meeting Kolar Tire & Auto's quality and safety standards Coordinate workflow to meet customer needs and maximize shop efficiency Train and mentor technicians on best practices and safety procedures Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking tires and supplies Maintain a clean and safe shop environment at all times Communicate effectively with customers and resolve any service-related concerns

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience in a tire shop environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role Strong knowledge of tire service equipment, procedures, and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs Standing, bending, and moving for extended periods of time Ability to work in varying weather conditions
